Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal,
1 cup all-purpose flour,
½ cup sugar,
1 tablespoon baking powder,
½ teaspoon salt,
2 eggs,
1 cup milk,
⅓ cup melted pork lard,
¼ cup honey,
Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
